In celebration of his new book from Princeton Architectural Press, Love Letter To The City, famed street artist and modern day sign painter, Stephen Powers "redecorated" one exterior wall of The Strand Bookstore in New York City.

I'm a huge fan of his work – the book kept me engrossed one recent morning and I just didn't want to put it down – but it's especially cool to watch his team's process as they lay down some really bright colors and funny little details.
